Peaches- removes sunspots and the lovely pregnacy racoon afterglow!
I went up to my local farmers market
purchased peaches: pealed and puree blender-
poured into 2 icecube trays- then froze
Before bed I take1 peach cube and let stand in small bowl to dethaw.
I place peach puree all over my face and let dry for 20min -
2 hours....sometimes.... I draw.......then I use sugar to exfoliate
Sugar - exfoliate with fine white sugar after your peach mask. It's not as harsh as
seasalt.
Lemon- reduces pore size and works well as deoderant since it is a natural
antibactierial
.
I keep a lemon in a small reusable container in the frige.
I slice a small piece of lemon and apply it after showering.
first to my face; then to my underarms.
I only leave the lemon on my face as I finish up on the bathroom and I
wipe off my face with a cool washcloth.

Rubbing Alcohol- deoderant / antibacterial
An alternative to lemon is rubbling alcohol; which is found in most
deodorants without all the chemicals and perfumes linked to health issues
and stronger body odor.
Avocado- great treatment for dry skin and hair.
mush the avocado in your hair comb through
wrap in an old towel.....use the remainder to put on face and neck.
leave on for @ an hour.
Avocado Oil- fantastic moisturizer for lips and around the eyes
use about a pea size drop for lips rub in and tap the rest around the eye area!!
Skin will not get oily....very high in Vitamin C
Cleaning
Baking Soda- Fantastic for glass top stoves! No chemicals where your food is prepared
Hot water - cleaning window and mirrors....leaves them streak free!!
